  • What is our signature lunchtime session?
    Restar.me created a signature lunchtime class for corporate teams. It is quite a unique class. Here are a few reasons why we are unique: 1. Each class combines business yoga, breathing and meditation techniques 2. Each class is only 35 minutes long 3. No special equipment or clothing is required for the class 4. Our breathing and guided meditation session is pre-recorded by an international and renowned couch 5. The team can use eye masks during the breathing and meditation session for a fully immersive experience Book sessions for your team here
  • Where do the classes take place?
    1. Online during the Covid-19 time (we will send you a Zoom link) 2. Our instructors come to your office. We cover zones 1 to 6 in London
  • Are your instructors insured?
    Yes, all of our instructors are fully certified to teach and carry a liability insurance.
  • What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
    We understand. Cancellations/reschedules may be made with no charge provided a 24 hours notice is given
  • Does office require special equipment for the class?
    Nope. We understand it is not always possible to have a dedicated studio in the office. That's why we created a class that does not require a dedicated open space. Each class can be conducted in the meeting room. We also conduct regular online sessions on Zoom and can host up to 80 people
